A collection of cell style groups.

Mixed	from	The CellStyleGroup, index, or name at the beginning of the range. Can accept: CellStyleGroup, Long Integer or String.
Mixed	to	The CellStyleGroup, index, or name at the end of the range. Can accept: CellStyleGroup, Long Integer or String.

Returns the first CellStyleGroup in the collection.

Returns the CellStyleGroup whose index follows the specified CellStyleGroup in the collection.

Returns any CellStyleGroup in the collection.
