Deprecated.

Evaluate the url referencing external data and either return the found object or log an error as appropriate. The services will be evaluated in iterator order and the first one to return a non-null object "wins".

Parameters:

url - the locator for the external data

Returns:

the object bytes if found, or null.

Throws:

ICCException - if there is an error evaluating the xRef.
