React is a very popular modern JavaScript framework. UXP plugins can be built using React to enable complex UIs which would otherwise require complex and difficult-to-maintain JavaScript.

React Starter Plugin
This plugin is a good place to get started when building a Photoshop plugin using React. It comes defined with all the dependencies that you'll need to get started. As this is a React project, you'll need to do some initial configuration before this will be usable in Photoshop.
Photoshop UXP Playground Plugin
This plugin is designed to make it simple to test out simple HTML layouts in Photoshop using UXP's layout engine. To use this, install the plugin (you can link to the Photoshop plugin directory) or load the plugin using File > Scripts > Load UXP Extension... or use the developer tools.
